Refund Policy

Print-on-Demand Products

All Aelorie products are made to order and produced specifically after purchase.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.


Accepted returns and replacements

We accept returns or offer replacements only in cases where an item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrectly fulfilled (wrong item, color, or size)


Reporting an issue

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If there is an issue, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the defect or error

This information allows us to review your request efficiently and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


Returns and replacements process

If your claim is approved:

  • We will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation

  • In most cases, defective or incorrect items do not need to be returned

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Return shipping costs for approved claims are covered by us


European Union & Finland – Right of withdrawal

Under EU and Finnish consumer protection law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

As all Aelorie products are print-on-demand and made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.


Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is up to 10 business days after approval

  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to complete the transaction
