Shipping area

Aelorie currently ships only within Finland.

Orders with delivery addresses outside Finland are not accepted at this time.


Order processing

All Aelorie products are made to order.

Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Once production is complete, the order is handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.


Shipping times

Estimated delivery time within Finland is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carrier operations or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping costs

Shipping is free for all orders within Finland.
Shipping costs are included in the product prices, and no additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.


Tracking

When available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking availability depends on the shipping carrier.


Uncollected parcels

If an order is not collected from the delivery point and is returned to us, it will be treated as a return.

Uncollected parcels are refunded excluding shipping and handling costs.
Please note that failure to collect a parcel is not considered a delivery error.


Lost or delayed shipments

Aelorie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Incorrect shipping information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
Aelorie is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


Returns Policy (Made-to-Order Products)

Because all products are made to order, returns are accepted only for faulty or incorrect items.

If you receive a defective product or an item that differs from your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, including a description and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

Uncollected parcels are treated as returns and refunded excluding shipping and handling costs.
