The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aelorie.

Aelorie operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide an online commerce platform.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of our Services. Please read them carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights.

By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of legal majority in your country of residence.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your billing and shipping details. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is correct.

You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account or through your use of the Services.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER NATURE

All Aelorie products are made to order through a print-on-demand process.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but:

Colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings
Placement, scale, and finish may differ slightly due to the production process

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products from Aelorie.

A legally binding sales contract is formed only once we have accepted your order and payment has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or production limitations.

Because products are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated.

Prices include applicable VAT where required by EU law. Shipping costs, if not included in the product price, are clearly stated at checkout.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the total order amount, including taxes and shipping where applicable.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (EU ONLY)

We currently ship within the European Union only.

Production time

Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times:

EU: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs procedures within the EU, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Important POD exception

Because our products are made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that are personalized or made specifically to your order

However, if a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you retain full rights under EU consumer law.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS, DEFECTS, AND REFUNDS

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for detailed instructions.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and trademarks, is the property of Aelorie or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY

Aelorie is powered by Shopify. However, all sales contracts are made directly between you and Aelorie.

Shopify is not responsible for products sold through this store, nor for disputes arising from purchases.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to transactions with Aelorie.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU data protection laws (GDPR).

By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

If you submit reviews, comments, or feedback, you grant Aelorie a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that content for marketing and operational purposes.

You confirm that your feedback does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies relating to product information, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to violate regulations, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

SECTION 14 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except as required by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

This disclaimer does not limit statutory consumer rights under EU law.

SECTION 15 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aelorie shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law

SECTION 16 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aelorie from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

SECTION 17 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Any disputes shall be primarily resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before Finnish courts or the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board, as applicable.
